Found my old deck a few days ago and had fun sifting through it and realizing what good times I used to have with the thing. I also further realized that Vaporeon is a creature that is both detailed and beautiful whom deserves better recognition. Presto, inspiration. ^^;

...The anatomy's a bit off. I never was the greatest with animals, but personally I like how it came out - save the snout. I hate the snout.

A little less than 5 hours in the drawing, 4 hours in inking. Sakura Micron Pens 0.05, 0.01, and 0.5.

Note: Will be moved to Scraps once the colored version is finished.

That is so awesome! Great job! It looks so cool. :D You should color it though. It'll look cooler. That's my opinion. You can do what you want. Great job though!

as i said earilier today, i really do like this one. but here i am... commenting without really having anything to say... just taking up space. how lame of me... but again, it is good in the stylistic was to approach a pokemon... hmmm, i never thought i'd say that again after 5th grade... ha. my only real complaint is the thickness of the tail, but who am i to say? looks good. very good. :)

Gorgeous. I'm long since past my pokemon fan stage, but I do still keep my vaporeon card around because it's such a lovely, elegant piece of art. And so is this. Beautiful flow and detail; I can't wait to see it colored.

As a note, I do like the snout. ^^; I think it has character.
